Light sensing photoreceptors

Light is a vital factor for plant growth and development. Plant responds to light in different ways. Plants consist of special receptors that perform various mechanisms in multi-steps to regulate different aspects of plant growth and development. Here, in this short article, an overview of these light harvesting photoreceptors is given.
