Review on Various Analytical Methods Developed for Rifapentine: An Antitubercular Drug

Abstract


Rifapentine acts by inhibits DNA-dependent polymer catalyst activity in inclined cells. The clinical and pharmaceutical analysis of this drug needs effective analytical procedures for internal control and pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic studies moreover as stability study. an intensive survey of the literature revealed in varied analytical and pharmaceutical chemistry connected journals has been conducted and also the instrumental analytical ways that were developed and used for determination of Rifapentine as single or combination with alternative medication in bulk medication, formulations and biological fluids are reviewed. This review covers 2 totally different analytical ways spectrophotometric ways actinic radiation and natural action technique HPLC and their varied analytical methods.
