Investigated Synthesis for Aminothiazole Derivatives

Abdulah Qazi Rahman

Abstract

Thiazole is a flavoring component. The thiazole moiety is an essential part of vitamin B1 (thiamine) besides epothilone. Other important thiazoles are benzothiazoles for example the firefly chemical luciferin and thiazole or 1, 3-thiazole is a clear to pale yellow flammable liquid with a pyridine-like odor and the molecular formula C3H3NS. It is a 5-membered ring in which two of the vertices of the ring are nitrogen and sulfur and the other three are carbons. Thiazoles are a class of the organic compounds related to the azoles with a common thiazole functional groups. In the modern analysis twofold series of thaizole products were equipped. The major series contain  production Anil derivatives of 2-amine- thaizole and izatine  formerly production of composites  five- hetero membered rings  through  using altered aminic acid. Thiazoles are important for their wide range of pharmaceutical and biological properties , 57 and thiazole derivatives are known to exhibit an array of biological activities such as anticonvulsant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, anticancer, antidiabetic, anti-Alzheimer’s, antihypertensive, antioxidant, anti-HIV,58 are found in a number of clinically used drugs such as Sulfathiazole (antimicrobial drug), Ritonavir (antiretroviral drug) and Abafungin (antifungal drug).
