Prevention is better than cure – Soft drinks

Abstract


Sugar-sweetened beverages (SSBs) margins to levy inspired more to marketing of low sugar drinks. Sports drink margins weight in case of variation in consumptions. Fatigue by dehydration reversed by weight gain keeping drink rate same. Legislation controversies arose from competence of whole energy intake to devaluate soft drink from imbalanced liquid intake fronts. Effects additive from any contamination as well as over dosage of diet drinks produce controversies in calorie. Hamper to neurons has evidenced to involve brain and heart attack. On other hand standard follow on practices in manufacture, handling and consumption have no preventive description.
