Passive Capillary Flow of Dyed Aqueous Isopropyl Alcohol in the Leakage-Free SU-8 based Glass Microfluidic Devices
Abstract
In this work, total 2 individual SU-8 based glass microfluidic devices are fabricated by the maskless lithography and indirect bonding technique. The aqueous isopropyl alcohol (10% IPA, 90% dyed water) is prepared to test these fabricated devices. Each passive capillary flow is recorded by the CMOS camera catching 25 frames per second. This work will be useful in bioengineering applications.
