Abstract

Abstract
The solar outputs and their variability controls by heliospheric structure, produce changes in cosmic ray intensity (high energy charged particles) entre into inner heliosphere. Observation based on the data taken from Omniweb data centre for solar- interplanetary data and monthly mean count rate of cosmic ray intensity (CRI) variation data from Oulu and Moscow neutron monitors during 1996-2018. It is observed that slow decline of solar cycle 23 and slow rise of solar cycle 24 resulted prolonged of low solar activity (SA) which lasted about 2006 to 2009 with 2008 and 2009 being sun is remarkably quiet, thus solar minimum between cycle 23 and 24 was terribly extended and deep in distinction to previous solar minima’s and it is additionally found that correlation between the count rate of cosmic ray intensity with solar indices and heliospheric parameters. It is high anti-correlation sunspot number (SSN) and 10.7 cm Solar Radio Flux with GCR entering inner- heliosphere.

Keywords- Interplanetary magnetic field (IMF), Cosmic Ray Rntensity (CRI), Sun Spot Number (SSN) Solar Activity (SA). Heliospheric Magnetic Field (HMF)
