Modeling and Stimulation of One Dimensional Flow Transport of Photobacterium in River

Eluozo S. N.

Abstract

The study carried  out  monitoring of  photobacterium in River applying one dimensional flow system in the study area, the study monitor the rate of degradation of photobacterium in all the figures generating different concentrations, the rate of degradation  thoroughly monitor investigated the predominant factor that possibly cause  degradations in all the figures, the rate of temperature in exponential phase observed in the River was on the predominant parameter that caused degradation of the microbes in the River, other parameters that pressured the degradation of the microbes is Ph deposition in the River, these parameter experienced fluctuation thus caused decrease in concentration of the contaminant, to monitor the system, the  derived model was applied in the prediction of photobacterium transport in the River, the derived model through simulation generated predictive values at different concentration, there rate of degradation experienced can be  attributed to the influential factors from the rates of  temperatures and PH in the River their deposition rate explained various condition that could lead to photobacterium degradation in the River, the model derived simulation values were subjected to validation with experimental data, and both parameter expressed best fits correlation, the study is imperative because it has express the influential parameters that could lead to the degradation of the contaminants in the River.
