Advanced Recent Synthesis and characterization of SnO2 NPs using Aristolochia bracteolata leaf Extract and multy Application

Abstract

The SnO2 nanoparticle was synthesised by sol-gel method and sonication technique. SnO2 nanoparticle using Aristolochia bracteolata leaf Extract. Aristolochia bracteolata is a shrup distributed in India, this family Aristolochiaceae, it is used in the medicine. The nanoparticle was characterized by HR-SEM with (EDX), (HR-TEM), XRD analysis, photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) and UV-Vis DRS. This nanopartricles was photodegradation of Rhodamine B dye under the UV-light irradiation at 365 nm. The hydroxyl radical formation in the mechanism was confirmed. A achievable mechanism is proposed for higher activity of bio synthesis SnO2 under UV-light at 365 nm. As a reaction of this nanoparticle was found to be stable and reusable. This nanoparticle was antibacterial activity and Photovoltaic properties (I-V) behavior showed highest activity by bio synthesis of SnO2 nanoparticle compared that of chemical method SnO2 nanoparticle was reported.
