Simultaneous Determination of Caffeine And Nicotinic Acid in Real Samples Using Mean Centering of Ratio Spectra Spectrophotometric Method
Abstract
In this paper a simple method was developed for the simultaneous determination caffeine and nicotinic acid, without prior separation steps. This method is based on the mean centering of ratio spectra. The mathematical explanation of the procedure is illustrated. The procedure is successfully applied to the simultaneous determination of these analytes in Coffeeand tea samples.
