Abstract

This review displays oxadiazole (five-ring) that is of great importance in the fields of pharmacy, medicine, and field of coordinated chemistry and as reagents to estimate the small quantities of trace elements and minerals. Oxadiazole  is  a primary role and as a basic substance for many pharmacokinetic compounds such as antimalarial drugs, anti- bacterial, and cancerous tumors. This survey described several approach for preparation methods of  oxadizole  with their applications in many fields.    KEYWORDS: oxadiazole, five membered ring, heterocyclic, cyclization, semicarbazide, hydrazine
