Abstract
Psoriasis is a life threatened disease caused by either genetic or other factor like like infection, increased number of t cell in body, populated environment, unsuitable and unpalatable food ingestion. near of 0.44-2.8% population in india is affected by psoriasis. allopathic medicine in the form of dosage form for internal administration and external application are available. these synthetic drug for psoriasis treatment are having side effect and adverse effect the best alternative to synthetic one is herbal medicine. The phytoconstituent from medicinal plant such as aloe vera, neem, alpinia galangal, turmeric, capsicum annuum, strobilianthes ciliates, white willow, avocado, centella asiatica, bitter melon, citrus sinensis, andira araroba are used by ayurvedic and traditional practitioners. The extract of these plant have been reported as a powerful engine to treat and cure psoriasis. If the researcher can orient to develop vesicular drug delivery system for effective pharmacokinetic of active constituents then it will be the concept to available such nano herbal formulation for such patients.
