Advanced Recent Synthesis and characterization of SiO2 NPs using Solanum Xanthocarpum Berry Extract photocatlyst with excellent performance for Rh B dye and Electrochemical activity

Abstract


The green synthesis of SiO2 nanopartricles using Solanum xanthocarpum berry extract. The SiO2 nanoparticle was characterized by High-resolution scanning electron microscopy (HR-SEM) and High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HR-TEM) image percent in spherical-shaped structure respectively. With elementary dispersive X-ray analyses confirm that only Si and O are present in nanoparticles. (PL) and UV-Vis DRS supported in articles. This nanopartricles was photodegradation of Rhodamine B (Rh B) dye degradation of UV-light irradiation at 365 nm analysis for high photocatalytic activity of bio synthesihes SiO2 NPs that of Chemical synthesis SiO2 NPs. A achievable mechanism of mineralization of UV-light. As a reaction of these NPs was found to be stable and reusable in 1 to 6 th cycles are reported is very industrial application. Then fabrication of DSSCs analysis showed highest electrical activity of bio synthesis of SiO2 NPs that of chemical synthesised SiO2 NPs was reported was industrial application
