Role of Internet of Things in Agriculture

Amit Singh, Brijesh Singh

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) is essentially a smart application for farmers and others involved in agriculture business. It would be a technology that will use Internet computing information and IOT smart devices along with latest data related to weather information and provide best way to deal with it. The main feature here would be, that we will be providing better agricultural practice which one never happen before in agriculture history. We aim to supply a platform for agriculture productions in smart way. this smart device. In farmers, the Internet of Things allows devices all over the farm to collect data remotely and deliver it to the farmer in live time. IoT devices can collect data on moisture in the soil, chemical usage, dams’ heights, and livestock health, as well as track fences, cars, and the climate. Improved agricultural IoT devices are intended to assist in the monitoring of farm fields through the use of sensors and irrigational automation. At last consequence, farmers and linked brands can conveniently monitor ground conditions from everywhere. Digital gadgets, networked gadgets, robotic devices, and driverless cars have all been made possible by IoT technology. The Internet of Things, on the other hand, has had the largest impact in agriculture.
