Abstract

Potential semi organic tristhioureazinc(II) sulphate (ZTS), One of the best room temperature growth techniques for nonlinear optical materials with high SHG efficiency is slow evaporation solution growth, which produces pure and single crystals for use in laser technology and photonic applications. Single crystals Doping of Bismuth fluoride (equimolar) to ZTS is done during the crystallization process is further analysed by single crystal XRD which infers that the Bismuth doped ZTS crystal has monoclinic system. The surface morphology was studied by SEM-EDS, that confirms the presence of Bismuth doped specimen powder XRD reveals that there is increase in the intensity of the peaks for the doped one that pure ZTS crystal inferring some slight changes in structural parameters. The doped specimen's FTIR analysis indicates a modest variation in vibration frequencies and the absence of secondary vibrational bands, which suggests the existence of dopant and UV doping.-High optical characteristics and improved transmittance are shown in the visible spectrum. The SHG measurement demonstrates the higher NLO efficiency for the doped specimen.
