A Literature Review on Microbial Contamination of Paper Currency

Abstract


This literature review deals with microbial contamination of paper currency. Contamination of objects through pathogenic microorganisms is of much public health concern as contaminated materials can be sources of transmitting pathogens. Paper currency likely to be contaminated with disease-causing microorganisms. Keywords: currency , contamination , pathogen .
