Abstract

The overall performance and development of cell is due to the elongation and proliferation of cell. The interconnection among various phenomena’s and sound waves is a significant topic to study in order to check the various pros and cons of sound waves on different functions of cell. Experiments show that sound waves of various frequencies, SPLS and of different kinds greatly affect the plants. Certain frequency sound waves such as 1KH and at a specific distance such as 0.20m enhances the fluidness of cell or protective cells and increases the overall performance of enzymes. Moreover, sound wave enhances various sugar and protein and also the digestive abilities of plant’s callus. Sound waves with certain frequency also enhances the production and yield of various crops and also strengthen the immune power system of various plants, but high frequency sound can also damage plants. But still further research is needed in this regard. In this paper various pros and cons of sound waves upon various aspects of plants have been summed up.

Keywords Sound waves, Plants, Cellular Response, Seed Germination
