Abstract

This review described  triazole  and tetrazole (five-ring), these are heterocyclic aromatic five-ring compounds consisting of (two carbon atoms and three nitrogen atoms in  triazole)  while (four  nitrogen atoms  with one carbon atom  in terazole), and they exist in three different formulas with different locations of heterogeneous atoms in the ring. These compounds were distinguished by a high efficiency towards microorganisms and microbes and have wide importance in the field of biochemistry and are considered a basic nucleus in many compounds Life as well in pharmacological drugs, and the present list included a review of the different methods of preparation for the components of triazole and tetrazole as well as their applications in several areas. KEYWORDS: tetrazole ,triazole, five membered ring, heterocyclic, semicarbazide, thiosemicarbazide, hydrazine ,cyclization
