Abstract

The physical and chemical modeling of the process of advanced composite materials production unlike existing methods for production, for example, polymer composite materials: the pressing (direct, injection, profile), the injection molding (injection, intrusion, centrifugal molding, and autoclaving), the extrusion, the pultrusion, the contact molding, the winding, vacuum molding and pneumatic molding, that do not permit to reach the main goal of the production of advanced composite materials with a basis (matrix) filled by uniformly distributed filler (armoured element), permits to predict the achievement of this goal and practically to produce the advanced composite materials, having high strength and rigidity. The paper presents the new development physical and chemical model of the process of advanced composite materials production, in which the achievement of this main goal was predicted by using the property of weightlessness isotropy and the action of inertial force, and implemented on the special constructed ampule in the short-term microgravity conditions.

Keywords: physical and chemical modeling; composite materials production; composite materials; matrixes; fillers; uniformly distributed fillers; space flight conditions.
